We understand measuring for your own shades can be intimidating. If your measurements turn out to be incorrect, we have you covered.

• Shades too big? Send them back and we will trim them to size at no additional cost.
• Shades too small? Send them back and we will remake your shades within 5 inches of your original order for 50% off.

Our Screen Percentages:

• 1%: An extra-tight, nearly opaque weave that shows only pin holes and provides privacy day and night.
• 3%: The tightest we've, while still retaining a view outside. Daytime privacy but reverses at night and will not provide night time privacy, only a slightly distorted view in.
• 5%: A "happy medium." Get clear views outside while blocking others views inside during the day. Daytime privacy but reverses at night and will not provide night time privacy, only a slightly distorted view in.
• 10%: Clear view that still reduces glare and heat. Works best with minimal direct sunlight. Daytime privacy but reverses at night and will not provide night time privacy, only a slightly distorted view in.

Mermet Screen Percentages:

Absolutely! We know how important it is to see the color and texture of a fabric or hardware in person before committing to a new window shade system.

Order FREE fabric samples, and/or hardware samples for just $1 each.

The MSX One with Mounting Plate comes fully assembled and installs with mounting clips as one piece. This option is a bit simpler to install, but with our MSX Easy Install Templates, installing any of our shades is as easy as possible.

For the MSX One without the Mounting Plate, you must install the brackets first, then manually click the shade roll into each bracket. This option will give your shades a “cleaner” look.

Simply return the shade to us (if needed), and we will either alter it for free or make you a brand-new shade at a 50% discount. Note that any new adjustments must be of equal or lesser value to your original selections to avoid additional charges.

We’ll send a shipment update and tracking number to your email, phone or both, depending on the contact information you provide.

Some of us are unluckier than others when it comes to snail mail. The good news is, we stand behind our orders and take every measure to deliver on our promises.

If for some reason your order does not arrive, contact us and we will address it ASAP.

Because all shades are custom fabricated to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if your initial measurements or selections are incorrect, we'll fix that for you at little or no charge.
