How To Measure:

  • Overall Measurement: Measure the width of the overall space you are covering with your coupled shade. Remember this includes the shades hardware end to end. This is not a fabric measurement. Deduct 1/8 inch if inside mounting for wiggle room.
  • First Break Measurement: Measure from the start of your overall measurement on the left, to the center of your first break moving to the right.
  • Second Break Measurement: Again, measure from the start of your overall measurement on the left, to the center of your second break moving to the right.
  • Third Break Measurement: Again, measure from the start of your overall measurement on the left, to the center of your third break moving to the right.
  • That's It! These measurements give us everything we need to make your coupled shade. We figure your final section to the right by subtracting your break measurements, with your overall measurement. Your overall, less your break measurements, equals your final section on the right!
  • Remember: Any control side panels must be wide enough to fit your motor - 25 inch for standard battery - 32 inch for quiet battery - 29 inch for 120V - and 22 inch for our new wired/plugin 24V Quiet Matter Motor. Also each coupled section cannot exceed 105", as this would mean it would need to ship freight. If needed, reach out for assistance.
