Our Total Trust Warranty is a promise to you that we take personally. Being satisfied isn’t good enough! We want you to LOVE YOUR MSX SHADES.

There are three parts to our one-of-a-kind Total Trust Warranty.*

PART 1.

MSX Measurement Insurance

We understand measuring for your own shades can be intimidating. We don’t want you to worry! Let us help you, but if you make measuring mistakes, we will work with you to fix your shades. Too big, send them back and we will cut them down for you at no cost. Too small, send them back to us and we will remake your shades within 5 inches of your original order, for 50% off!

PART 2.

MSX Selection Insurance

Made the wrong selection on your order? Send them back and we will alter or remake your shade with the adjusted options at a 50% discount. Adjusted options at 50% off must match costs of original options. Higher cost adjustments will be charged at current pricing on site. If the change is minor, we reserve the right to take care of it at no cost to you.

PART 3.

MSX Product Warranty

MSX warrants the entirety of our products from defect or workmanship flaw for 5 years, for free. We stand behind our product, and our production!

*Insurance requests must be made within 30 days of product's original delivery date. Shades must be returned before replacements are sent. Warranty is Non Transferrable. Custom orders outside of spec are excluded. If shipped by freight (shades over 101" wide) customer pays freight. High quantity orders over 30 pieces are excluded and will operate under a custom warranty.
